The Kahtoola Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased from us, we will refund your money or exchange it at your discretion within 1 year of the purchase date. Any repairs not covered by this warranty will be made at a reasonable rate. The LeafSpring® extender bar is guaranteed to the original owner for life against breakage.

Repairs

Kahtoola, Inc., may evaluate and/or repair damaged traction system components at its discretion, and the customer may be charged a reasonable fee for items not covered under warranty.

Before you send us a product for repair, send an e-mail message to info@kahtoola.com explaining what needs to be repaired in as much detail as possible. We will reply as soon as possible.

FLIGHTdecks Purchased Winter of 2006-'07 Eligible for Free Upgrade

Send us your 2006-'07 Season Model FLIGHTdecks and we'll add the sealed step-in design that prevents SKYHOOK freeze-ins. Please call or email if you are uncertain of your model year.
