Each year around holiday time, I like to share some of my personal picks for gift giving. For those already into health and fitness or those whose New Year's resolutions may include getting into shape, here are a few of my personal favorites.
The Kahtoola FLIGHTsystem is a fantastic product for anyone whose plans include exercising outdoors during the winter months. The FLIGHTsystem includes the FLIGHTdeck, a step-in snowshoe deck that can be used with your existing footwear, allowing you to run, hike, walk and travel in snow, ice or slippery conditions.
